BOTTLE LIMITS: This packaging will fit a standard 750ml bottle of wine or sparkling wine only and should not be used for any other product, material, bottles of other contents or any non-standard bottle shapes. Standard 750ml bottle shapes do not exceed 33cm height or 10cm width. Bottles must be properly corked or sealed and not have been opened, re-sealed or re-corked, cracked or weakened in any way. A bottle must be dry and not cold or refrigerated as moisture may damage packaging causing it to weaken or break.

CHECK BEFORE USE: Before using this packaging, examine it carefully to ensure that there are no flaws or tears in the packaging and all parts are in tact.

NO RE-USE: This packaging should not be re-used as it is possible damage or tearing may have occurred during first use.

SOLD FROM DISPLAY: If this packaging is sold following display mode with a bottle already in the pre-assembled package, it is not recommended that the bottle be changed before posting, as the integrity of the base may be affected by the removal and variation in bottle diameter. If the package is assembled without a bottle, check the base first for evidence of damage from bottle removal.

ASSEMBLY: In assembling this product, you must follow the Instructions exactly.

OPENING: If it appears the bottle inside may have broken you should take appropriate care to avoid injury or damage resulting from broken glass or leaking wine.

STORAGE: To store this packaging either before or whilst in use, keep dry and do not place heavy or sharp objects on it. Do not refrigerate as moisture may damage the packaging causing it to weaken or break.

LIABILITY: No other warranties of any kind are made and no liability for loss or damage of any kind, including indirect loss, is accepted except as required by the Trade Practices Act 1974.
